Basic payment account under the Payment Accounts Act (ZKG)

A basic payment account under the Payment Accounts Act (Zahlungskontengesetz – ZKG) is an account with basic payment functions. Providers must open such an account for you if the requirements under the ZKG are met.

Statutory deposit guarantee scheme
