Contact information for consumer notifications

If you find incorrect information on fees, costs or contractual penalties in BaFin’s account comparisons, you can contact the account provider directly using the contact option. The provider can then check the details and, if necessary, provide the correct information to BaFin. However, the account provider is not required to provide any individual response to your consumer notification.

The account provider is free to decide how you can contact them, e.g. via email, telephone or a contact form on their website.
